Introducing our Cumberland Sausages (Pork)

In true TDC style we have been experimental with the spice mix. Besides garlic, pepper, thyme and nutmeg; it has a fresh addition of lime zest and parsley.

A little back story:
The Cumberland sausage is a pork sausage that originated in the ancient county of Cumberland, England, now part of Cumbria. It’s sold flat in a circular coil. The flavours are herb and pepper forward. The sausage itself is a semi coarse sausage giving it a unique texture.
