Chorizo Argentino – 1 kg

Chorizo sausage is the default in many Spanish-speaking countries, and everyone seems to have a different version.

This week we are doing an Argentinian Chorizo sausage. Also called Chorizo Argentino, it’s a fresh sausage that’s got the texture of an Italian sausage with a wonderful flavour of bright spices. This Sausage is flavoured with red wine 🍷, nutmeg, smoked paprika, garlic and some parsley.

In true TDC style (we add a little extra to make it even better) we have added some in-house smoked bacon 🥓 to give it some lovely smokiness. Made with real ingredients, absolutely fresh and delicious.
