Mango Wood Smoked Turken Ham – 1 kg

We call this flavour “Mango-wood Smoked Turken (Turkey + Chicken) Ham.”

We did couple of trials with turkey and found that to keep it moist and juicy as a ham we had to add chicken. This not only kept the cold cut juicy but it gave it a well rounded dimension. The proportion used is 60% turkey and 40% chicken which worked wonders. ✨

This ham has been cold smoked for 4 hours, and then gradually hot smoked for another 4 hours. ♨️
