Chorizo finds it’s roots in Spanish and Portuguese recipes that found their way across the Atlantic in the 1500s. 

This week we are bring you the *Argentine Chorizo* sausage. Also called Chorizo Argentino, it has a wonderful profile of bright spices.  This Sausage is flavoured with red wine , nutmeg, oregano, smoked paprika, garlic, pepper and some parsley. 

Argentine chorizo sausage is unique because it is often spicier and more flavorful  than traditional European sausages.
